Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our webshop or other platforms (such as Etsy). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Seller Information

This webshop is operated by a private individual based in Hungary. Products sold are custom-made and handcrafted to order.

2. Product Information

All products are made to order and may be customized upon request. Each item is individually produced, and slight variations in finish, shape, or texture are part of the handmade nature of the lamps.

Our lamp shades and components are assembled using third-party CE-certified parts (e.g., sockets, cables, brackets). We manufacture the lamp shades, ceiling roses, and other custom-designed parts.

Please note: We normally do not ship light bulbs. If a customer requests LED or smart bulbs, we include the manufacturer’s guarantee paper, but we are not responsible for the performance or warranty of those third-party items.

3. Production Time

Our production time is up to 14 business days, though we usually ship sooner. Delays may occur if a specific custom material or color is temporarily out of stock. We strive to keep all key materials available to avoid disruptions.

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping with tracking.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout or provided directly to you.

5. Returns & Refunds

If You Changed Your Mind

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your product, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned at the buyer’s expense.
  • Refunds cover the product price only — shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For purchases made via Etsy, we refund the product price minus 30%, to account for platform and transaction fees.

Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, we will send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.

Custom Orders

Custom-made items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

6. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty covering:

  • Lamp shades
  • Ceiling roses
  • Fabric cables
  • Sockets and other components manufactured or assembled by us

Warranty does not cover:

  • Third-party electronics (e.g., bulbs, smart LED components)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper installation or modification by the customer

7. Electrical Safety

All assembled lamps use CE-certified third-party components. We ensure safe assembly and functional design, but we recommend installation by a certified electrician. We are not liable for misuse or incorrect installation.

8. Customization

We gladly accept custom orders. If you have a specific request for shape, color, material, or lamp layout, please contact us before ordering. We’re happy to make your vision come to life.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. By placing an order, you accept this agreement under Hungarian consumer protection and distance selling regulations.
