Welcome to Custom Corner Design. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products & Usage

  • Our lamps are sold as DIY kits. The 3D-printed lampshade and canopy are handcrafted by us; all electrical components are sourced from certified EU suppliers.
  • Installation is the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure, please consult a qualified electrician. > https://customcornerdesign.com/manuals/
  • We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents resulting from incorrect installation or misuse.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are shown in the selected currency.
  • Payments are processed securely through our payment providers (PayPal, Strip, etc.).
  • Your order is confirmed once payment has been received in full.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within the timeframe stated on each product page.
  • Our production time is up to 21 business days, though we usually ship sooner.
  • We use trusted courier services; however, delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your handmade lamp as much as we loved making it. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Please provide photos of the damage and packaging.
  • We will first offer a free replacement. If a replacement is not acceptable, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Change of Mind / Non-Damaged Items

We accept returns of non-damaged items if:

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • The item is returned in its original, unused condition.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the item.

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Items returned without prior approval.
  • Items returned after the 3-day window.
  • Items that are used, installed, or altered.
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect function or appearance.
  • Custom or personalized items made according to your request.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet been shipped or personalized.
  • Once shipped or customized, cancellations are not possible.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method only.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs unless the error was ours.
  • If a refund is requested for a damaged item, we may first offer a replacement.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Our products are intended for indoor use only.
  • Use LED bulbs only (E27, max 10W). PLA shades are not suitable for incandescent or halogen bulbs.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and the European Union consumer protection regulations.
